DeviceXPlorer is communication software that is compliant with both the OPC UA and OPC Classic interfaces. It provides functions to communicate with PLCs. Using DeviceXPlorer allows the user application to access field devices such as PLCs without being constrained by the PLC type or the communication interface. In addition, user applications can be set up in either a local or remote PC, allowing the construction of distributed systems.
